The RF Site Infrastructure team is part of the Systems and Products organization. It is responsible for developing and maintaining the infrastructure for two-way radio communications in Astro, Tetra, PCR & Private Broadband systems.
The Path Forward Returnship program at Motorola Solutions is a 16- week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to women and men who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. What You Can Expect:
You’ll join a welcoming team excited to leverage your previous experiences and skills while providing support, mentorship and an introduction into the Motorola Solutions company culture.
The candidate will be responsible for working with the team to help manage communication equipment programs and the day to day management of a group of development engineers who design, develop and test RF communication circuits and equipment. Other assignments you may collaborate on could consist of supporting field issues, managing cost reduction programs, maintenance of existing products and end-of-life components on our shipping legacy products.

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Candidates must have industry experience developing radio communications equipment and managing electrical engineers and projects.
Strong background in RF circuit theory, RF simulation tools and circuit design.
Experience with digital hardware and/or analog hardware circuit design
Experience in project management and associated scheduling tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodology, Jira & Confluence tools desired.
