Identifies non-clinical organizational risks and developing plans of action.
Conducts audits, analyzes data and Completes investigations; to include conducts routine monitoring in areas of previous compliance related failures.
Assess the need for Fact-Finding and/or Administrative Investigative Boards (AIBs) related to non-clinical issues and, upon approval of the Director, will organize and implement Fact-Finding and/or AIB actions, providing a written report to the Director regarding the outcome of those investigations.
Assists the Corporate Compliance Section Chief in the formulation of major professional policies and procedures through completed staff studies, specific recommendations and professionally developed reports.
Participates in systematic reviews of services. Assists in developing, implementing or coordinating the implementation of corrective action resulting from such reviews. Incumbent must exercise independent decision making in accomplishing duties.
Coordinates and prepares documents for programs or services which are required by The Joint Commission (TJC), the Inspector General, and other accrediting bodies.
Analyzes a variety of audits, reports and databases representing processes .
Develops macros that compute and automate data acquisition and handling. Prepares recurring and non- recurring data reports.
Analyzes data utilizing nationally-recognized data sources in order to identify potential risks to the organization.
Communicates on a daily basis with members of facility leadership to include both Executive and Service level leadership. Incumbent must develop collaborative working relationships at all levels.
Uses expert judgment when researching current practices and developing new practices and policies, that will enhance productivity and maintain performance.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
